most amazing cooker i have ever used,,,,,, no sticking of food at the bottom and easy to clean and maintain ,,, only thing most difficult to remove is the sticker of Tuffware from the vessel (goes for all the products) ,,,,,,,, i will recommend to use light adhesive so that its easy for the customer to remove it as it burns if not removed

I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s assisting my mother in picking a gasket amongst the dozen or so from those in the fridge by ‘trial and error’ for the days dishes in our ‘heirloom’ pressure cooker.
When I started my first job, I bet on the new brand Tuffware for their hard anodised finish and the silicone gasket. more than 15 years later, that 7.5 ltr outer lid pressure cooker got another 9 ltr outer lid pressure cooker for company (when I started a family) and the latest addition is a hard anodised senior pressure pan. I had changed gasket a couple of times for the older ones in a decade and they are good for all pressure cooking needs and the occasional baking and popping of corn. We have retired the pure Aluminium cookware in our kitchen in favour of the hard anodised, steel and some cast iron cookware for health reasons. My former purchases were from Sri Krishna Enterprises in KPHB Hyderabad. The most recent one was online and I happy to see that even spares like Gaskets, Whistle, Nozzle, Valve set are available. I wish Tuffwaire is sold in my town in the ‘steel’ shops too. (PIN 534202)
