Returns & Exchange Policy

At TUFFWARE, we strive to deliver your orders on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the conditions below to determine if it’s eligible for a return, exchange, or credit note.

Is My Purchase Eligible for an Exchange or Refund?

Your purchase is eligible only under the following conditions:

Incorrect Item:
The product delivered does not match the order confirmation (e.g., incorrect size or a completely different product).
Defective/Damaged Product:
The item is genuinely damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect.

In cases of a defective or damaged product, please take a photograph as soon as you receive the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Reason for Return/Exchange
Photograph of the Incorrect or Defective Product

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

When Will I Receive the Exchanged Item?

Once we receive the returned incorrect or defective item at our warehouse in Palghar, Maharashtra, we will promptly ship the exchanged item. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time of receipt for your shipment to be processed.

When Will I Receive My Credit Note?

After our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will issue a credit note in place of a cash refund. If your purchase qualifies for a free return or exchange as outlined above, the credit note will include the proportionate shipping charge.

Please note:

The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
It can be redeemed both online and at any of our TUFFWARE stores.
